Thank you for shopping with Vparis. We are committed to ensuring your order is carefully prepared and delivered with the attention it deserves.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been successfully confirmed and delivered within 1–5 business days after dispatch.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
During busy periods, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping

We currently ship across the United Arab Emirates (UAE).

Free delivery across the UAE.

Estimated Delivery Times

After your order has been dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and courier operations.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (where available).

Delivery Delays

While we strive to deliver orders as quickly as possible, Vparis is not responsible for delays caused by:

Courier service disruptions
Public holidays
Severe weather conditions
Customs or government inspections (if applicable)
Incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer
Events beyond our reasonable control

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete.

Vparis is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your shipping details, please contact us immediately. While we will do our best to assist, we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed or shipped.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or if you believe it has been lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date.

Include:

Your full name
Order number
A description of the issue
Clear photographs (for damaged packages)

We will work with the shipping provider to investigate and determine an appropriate resolution.

Delivery Confirmation

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the courier to the shipping address provided, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer.
