At Vparis, we take pride in carefully packaging and inspecting every order before it is shipped. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns

Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Change of mind
Incorrect product selection
Personal preference
Gift purchases
Wear and tear after delivery
Items that have been worn, used, damaged, or altered after delivery

We encourage all customers to carefully review product descriptions, measurements, materials, and images before completing their purchase.

Refunds

As all sales are final, refunds are generally not provided.

However, if you receive:

A damaged item
An incorrect item
An item with a manufacturing defect

please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.

Your email should include:

Your order number
Your full name
A description of the issue
Clear photos showing the product and its packaging

Once your request has been reviewed and approved, we may, at our discretion:

Send a replacement item (subject to availability), or
Issue a full or partial refund to your original payment method.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds or replacements will not be provided for:

Normal wear and tear
Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper care
Damage caused by prolonged exposure to water, chlorine, perfumes, lotions, chemicals, or cleaning products

Minor variations in color or appearance due to lighting, photography, or screen settings
